New EA for the Euroteam

Fr Vincent Magri SJ (date of birth 5-11-1952)
Before entering the Society of Jesus, Vincent worked in Business Concerns and also as a Residential Social Worker in England. In October of 1978 he joined the Society of Jesus in Malta. After the novitiate he went to study Philosophy at Namur in Belgium. This was followed with an experience at teaching at St Aloysius College Malta. He then studied Theology at the Gregorian University (Rome) and specialised in the Social Sciences. Once back in the Province of Malta he worked in the Social Ministry and helped to set up the Centre for Faith and Justice at Żejtun. He also worked in Spirituality and was Director of the Centre of Ignatian Spirituality. During this time he was in charge with the management of Mount St Joseph Retreat House. For the last 8 years he is back in the Social Ministry where he is responsible with the running of Paulo Freire Institute (PFI).
